At White Oak Gourmet, our goal is simple: to make high-quality, thoughtfully prepared meals accessible and convenient.
White Oak Gourmet takes its name from White Oak Pond in Holderness, New Hampshire—a place of deep personal significance. Each summer, we visit my sister and nephews at their vacation retreat, where we share meals inspired by the local farm bounty and unwind in the serene beauty of the New Hampshire mountains.
Owned by Thomas and Lori Leavitt of Arlington Heights, IL, White Oak Gourmet began over 20 years ago as a catering and personal chef service. Chef Tom’s culinary background includes training in classic French technique. His love of world cuisine continues to shape our offerings.

We're devoted to bringing you the freshest, locally sourced, organic and sustainably produced, meat and vegetables from this area. Â White Oak Gourmet offers you tasty, balanced menu choices. All meals are prepared using the best organic and GMO free ingredients locally sourced in season. We use:
- Pastured Poultry and Pork from local farms.
- Grass Fed Beef from local farms.
- Wild Caught Fish and Shrimp.
- Expeller pressed grapeseed and coconut oils, extra virgin olive oil
